School and Preschool Photos
Access to your private gallery
An email will be sent to you with a 'Link' and 'Gallery Pass-Code'. Please contact the School or Center if you didn't receive when they were sent out.
1. Click on the link in the email.
2. Create a new account if you are a new user with your own easy to remember private password.
Or, if you already have an account please log in. Press 'Continue'
HINT: Please select 'Remember me' and bookmark your gallery of you would like to get back to this at a later stage.
3. Enter your Unique Gallery Pass-Code
This code is in "Invitation to view' email, that was sent to you.
Please 'copy and paste', make sure you don't add any spaces.
4. You will see your photos. If you click on any of the photos a shopping cart with various options will open up.
Your own private password is the password you create when you created your account with your email.
The Unique Gallery Pass-Code is the code I email you. This ensures you are the only person, who can see the photos. You can also forward the email to any family you would like to see the photos. The code never contains spaces.
Retouching
I usually fix scratches and temporary blemishes like pimples and other scratches or marks in the photos that you order.
Digital File and print
If you would like to receive the Digital Files, you can add a Digital Files to your Print order by ordering these options, or choose the File only option.
The Digital Portrait Files that are provided are around 4-5MB
A link to download your Digital Portrait Files will be emailed to you via Hightail, and the Prints will be delivered to your Center or School.
Gallery Expiry
Your Portrait Gallery has a expiry date. This is listed in the email and is also on your gallery. It is usually 30+ days after you receive your email with the link. You may be charged a fee to reopen your Gallery after this date.
Methods of Payment
You may pay online with Credit Card or PayPal.
You may pay offline with Direct Deposit, cash left in your Center or School if they allow this.
Forgotten Personal password
Please click the link 'Forgot password' in the log in window.
An email with a reset option will be sent to you.
Photo Orders Delivery
All Photo Orders will be delivered to your Center or School for pick up.
You can also request to have your photos mailed to you. Postage applies.
